If you still decide not to use Tomisha anymore, you have the following options:

You can temporarily deactivate your account and log in again within 90 days to reactivate it.

If you don't log in during this time, your account will be permanently deleted after the 90 days have expired.

If you deactivate or delete your Tomisha account, the following happens:

  • For security reasons, you must enter your password to confirm the deletion.
  • After confirmation, your account will be deactivated.
  • You then have 90 days to log in again and restore your account.
  • If you don't log in again within these 90 days, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
  • Some data may remain in backups for a limited time for legal or security reasons, as described in our privacy policy.

 

If your account is deleted, you can no longer log in or restore your data.
If you want to use Tomisha again later, you can create a new account at any time.
